BAD SERVICE

I had units installed on my car due to the high theft of motor vehicles. Only to find out that the units installed were installed on the power supply of the whole car. Two months after the units being installed my car blew a fuse and had to be towed away back home. I replaced the fuse once I did a little investigation myself, it blew the fuse again and had to be towed away again so I then decided to take the car to an auto electrician bearing in mind that each tow was nothing less than R1500, when they did their investigation it was found that the units were burning up the power supply of the whole car then cause a short circuit and then blow the power fuse. I never recieved a call to check if I was ok or if my car was ok. The units were dismantled and till today when I log on the app it shows that my car is in Umlazi area where ìt last broke down and had to be towed back home. I advised via email that I wanted to terminate my contract due to all the issuès that i had faced with their poor service but ýet i am still being billed R149.00 for the past 3 months yet they cant even tell where my car is. I really wouldn't recommend their services to anyone 🤬
