The Catrack units never work, when contacted the excuse is always "the unit has expired" and it always cost R600. When installation or services need to be done they never pitch on time. I'm strugle now for more than a month to get an installation done. This is for a business that has more than 20 vehicles, they want money without providing a service and if contacted there's always a story. Either they said they will call back what they never do. Everyday the same old story. When you stop paying the premiums they are quick to call and tell, you owe them money. Even with our private vehicles the same thing.
