Bad service

Hi everyone I have an issue with this company called cartrack. Last week due to financial difficulties I had to reverse a debit order from my bank and as expected I received a call from the accounts department and indeed arrangements were made. Now everyday including weekends I get a call from that department and I talk to a different consultant making the same arrangements. I got upset this morning and told them to go through the records. I was met with a very rude consultant and a fight of words ensued. What a bad service 😒.
