Bad service

Bad service, car tracker was installed on my car February 2021, I have been paying until now , I noticed that they don't give any report regarding the car this is because I traveled out of the province several times but I didn't get any notification or call to say I'm aware that the car is leaving Gauteng, I phoned them and text via what'sapp to find out why was this happening, I was told it is my responsibility to track my car, I took out the battery still nothing , what is the function of a cartracker and what is the benefit of having this car tracker , please cancel this or install a working cartracker. This is frustrating and its obvious I don't have a cartracker.
