Bad service

Poor service , August 2018 I joined and agreed for 24months, today I called to cancel I am told they only specialise with 36 month periods, then I have asked for a contract or recording of the day we made an agreement no further assistance. The car track system never worked been paying due to contract obligation. I will do everything in my legal power to be out of this contract even if it takes long . I will ensure no one ever falls for this.
