Bad service

I have never been so frustrated like this in my life, I have notice that my device for cartrack is not working, when my car moving it doesn't pick the location or show that is moving. is show last at the working place address... been calling since the 09/01/2025 till today i called again .. repair department didnt call me to update me.. today i'm being told they can only assist me on the 01/02/2025. I'm asking if my car get ****** God forbid that's when they will assist me.. but every month they deduct for the service. I'm not happy at all .. i will definetly going to change the service provider. I wouldnt recommend anyone to this service provider Reg no JG41WLGP Ecosport Ford
