Bad Service

I have never received such pathetic service from Elizabeth Mothiba at Cartrack. I was requested to make payment on an account which I did. No acknowledgment that it was received or anything. I was then harassed by their staff because no one updated the systems. Only for her to tell me today she was on leave. I asked if anyone had checked her work and till now I still have not received a response.
