Bad service

I have a policy with Tracker, since the tracking device was installed in May 2019 the battery in my car gets removed sometimes and no one bothers to call and find out what is going on. I recently to the car to the Mozambique boarder still nothing. this is starting to worry me because if my car gets ****** i doubt if they will be able to recover it let alone notify me should it crosses any boarder
