Bad service

f I was stuck 2 hours from home , and i have 2 towing’s services left for the year. I asked Cartrack to combine my services left for the year and get me home. They refused to do so said i can only book 1 service at a time meaning i can call them 3 times in 1 night to tow me but cannot combine it. I was stranded and they could care to help me , manages to get myself home. Now i wil forfeit by 2 last towing services for the year , yet im paying monthly for a service .

Friday evening they when i called at 10pm at night they never called me back after 40 minutes i had to call them back to ask them what’s happening. And I’m standing along the road as a women in a another town.

This was the worst service ever , unhelpfull, delay in assisting. little to no communication . Not the service you need when you are having a emergency
