Bad Service
Try keep to an appointment, make an appointment for Thursday 7h30am Cartack changes the appointment to Wednesday at 9h20am (today) without consulting us as the client they just send an sms, it is now 10h25am and no one has yet arrived. We get threatened to be debited a call out fee if we aren't home when the technician eventually arrives which no one can tell us when this will be. Upon calling and asking why there is no tech as yet and no scheduled time, I get told an appointment is not a set time as anything can happen to delay the technician. Most definitely won't be having Cartrack installed into my vehicles!!
