BAD SERVICE

My sisters vehicle was ****** yesterday at the Grove Mall, firstly the mall parking cameras were not working for weeks apparently only the entrance and Exit cameras were working , Secondly the vehicle has a CarTracker device installed on the vehicle since 2017 but when we called to check if they can locate the vehicle they could not assist as there is no signal on the device which is understandable, the most frustrating thing is that they cannot even tell us when was the last update on their system on this device. The car was ****** @12:48pm 16.04.2019 till to this point there is no one who called or SMS from Cartracker when the device was being tempered with or lost signal. we are being told that they don`t know what is the last update on the unit?????? I fail to understand this completely. BAD BAD SERVICE AND THE DEVICE IS USELESS. Never use their services
