BAD SERVICE!

I had the worst experience with them. They installed a faulty tracker on the car and getting a consultant to speak to you and actually ASSIST is a nightmare... to top it all off they said they will not remove the device, if I want it out I must go to their offices. They wanted to charge me for cancellation fee yet they were the ones at fault.
