BAD SERVICE

I have never been sooo disappointed by a company, i have an account with cartrack and when you call through you either going to get a bad line or someone who doesnt know their job.

I requested a call recording to send a complaint but i was informed no team leader is available or if not then busy on a call and i spoke to thembeka george who has a team leader by the name of shakiri joseph, who never gave me a call after coming back from lunch.

I must say the service is terrible, customer clients sound as if they dont know what they are talking about.
