Bad service 😞😞

Good day There I have been with the company Cartrack for years, but today I was told that on the current package unless I do upgrade that I have I will not be able to track my vehicle via app which is new news to me no communication or call explaining this I am so disappointed with this thing can someone perhaps advise or if this is more of ******ion customers to upgrade or agents to do more sales , my ID *** and username MBAT01149.. it's very disappointing, thiskind of bulling..it's just out *** , email ***
