Bad service

Hi have a problem with the cars tracker and they want me to pay them for a call out fee which the problem lies by them its the battery of the tracker that is done now its messing with the cars battery and every time I call them they say they going to log a call and this is going on for two weeks now

Good morning I still didn't hear from cartrack and I really need my car I would like to know are they going to help me or what is going to happening because every month they get there money on time so why must I buy for a call out fee if they didn't do anything for me yet
