Bad Service

<p>I was debited R570 for de/re on 25/02/2017 ,to my surprise I was debited again the same amount R570 on the 01/03/2017 ..I called to rectify this on the 01/03/2017 ,I requested for a refund I was advised that refund will take 7-14 days .I tell you up until today I haven't received my refund .I'm so upset to be told that my refund was not prepared because my credit controller Judith didn't prepare my refund and she is on leave .How ridiculous is that ...I have patient enough ...I Want My Money</p>
