Bad Service

<p>I installed a car tracker few weeks ago and all was fine until two Sundays ago when we heard a knocking sound coming from the bonnet and few minutes later the we recieved a phone call from car tracker that they lost the signal of our car and they suspect that the battery is flat. Immidiately we tried to start the car but nothing happened, the car couldnt start at all and we had to tow the car from Pretoria to Alberton. On Monday the car was towed to a dealership to have a look at it but they too couldnt find whats wrong with the car and asked us about what happened before the car could do that and we explained to them and the said that it might be the tracker device. Luckily enough my wife on Friday last week recieved a call from Car Tracker selling her something but she took thw opportunity to complain and request that a technician be send out to atleast check if the tracker device is faulty or not and the lady made arrangements and said someone will call her to make further arrangements but nothing happened. Unfortunately my wife did not take the details of the person that called her.</p> <p>I decided to call Car Tracker today to find out whats happening and I spoke to some in repair services called Shirleen or Sheleen who checked for me if any arrangements was made and nothinh was done. Then I asked her to arrange for me to have a technician sent out today and she said she can only assist me tomorrow at three. When I tried to explain to her that this cant wait till tomorrow as firstly my car has been in the repair shop for over a week and we already made Car Tracker aware on Friday she dropped the phone in my ear.</p>
