Bad Service

Good day Anname,

I tried calling but you were not available this morning, left a message with the receptionist for you to call me back

By copying Andre and John,

I need your serious intervention with regards to this matter, I am not willing to accept the findings provided to me by the recovery manager.

I would like to bring the following to your attention, in January I reversed a sum of 900 and some change – I was called to advised that my account was in arrears and It was also explained in detail as why I have to pay so much in that month. I had changed ownership, banking details and remove a vehicle under my account of which that was done successfully. I incurred cost due to the changes and the fact that the previous acc holder had reversed some instalments.

In May my salary was not paid in time due to HR hiccups “refer to attached email” however that was rectified and your debit order went off – please see below transactions:

29th May 2017 – Cartrack “Ctr 017990” R 398
25th April 2017 – Cartrack “Ctr ********** 7” R398

I addition to the above, I was called by the accounts dept in May 2017 and they were explaining to me that my debit order for the NP200 will not go off as the vehicle was ****** but I was then told that my account is in arrears, there was a mix up during the transfer of account etc and that that I needed to pay an additional amount of R199 hence the debit order of R398 in May.

Could someone from the finance dept peruse this and make me understand in which month did I not pay my premium? Surely my services should have be suspend due to none payment, and please advise if I have missed an instalment for the vehicle in question?

Also please note that the claim was only lodged on the 06th of June 2017, yes the vehicle was ****** on the 05th of May 2017 but I don’t see any relevance to the letter sent to me by the recovery team. I am certain that you knew or have seen that the account was in arrears and these arrears back dates way before I added the vehicle that’s been ****** hence a call to rectify this.

I have also attached my log trips for your perusal that also highlighted some concerns, I only received a call around 16:30 on the day of the incident, which gave ****s just over 5 mins to do anything on my car, which is why I am concerned when I didn’t receive a call when a battery was disconnected in one of my vehicles. You sold me a concept and now you are telling me my account was in arrear, if you didn’t sell me this product I wouldn’t have bothered but install a normal tracking device.

To also highlight the lack of service you provide to us as your clients, your engineer who installed devices in my recent cars advised that I need to add another wireless device on my vehicle to a peace of mind and that also helps to recover vehicles but when I called in to enquire about that service your agent I spoke to “Patricia or Patience” had no idea what I was talking about and promised to call me but nothing to date. I believe your calls are recorded and you can see if and when someone log into my account, surely you would see who, what and when was someone accessing my account therefore you see what was done or rendered to me as a client thus far.

We trust in you and your products but your service delivery does not speak volumes as your advertising/marketing concepts, I have friends and family member who uses your service, how would they feel if they were to hear of my experience? Would you recommend your services to friends or family members?

I implore you look into this and tell me again if the reasoning supp**** by the recovery manager is valid, if so, state your reasoning. I am still waiting for him to call and explain to me what he promised me during our conversation this Tuesday.

In closing also advise what exactly was I paying for in the month of May.

I thank you.
