Bad service

I utterly disappointed in car track ... it was installed on my bike and I got debited twice including pro rata ... when I make enquiries and trying to complain about it every one at the call center is quick to dismiss me n tell me about contract never mind the fact that the product is faulty and ill practice from their side . To date I haven’t got help .
