bad service

I sent Deinstallation / Reinstallation Form on 22rd May. But nobody come to do the installation for 10 days . when I send email to follow up. Noluthando send me a email said I need to validated email address otherwise unable to proceed further. she also called me said I didnt validated my phone number. the car is sold. the Car company salesperson also help me to call cartracker everyday, tell me what should I do?
