Bad recovery service

I was hijacked at mabopane Saturday afternoon around 2h30pm. Got help later on to call and report the car then my wife did the same too on the 8th, they called her back at 16h36, 17h35 and 9th at 5h16am then 15h54 with negative signals. Since then nobody bored to check or update us
