Bad product, bad service. Paying for nothing.

I have to say, moving over from a well known tracking company to cartrack has been the worst decision ever. Over the holidays on the 27th of Desember i received an sms stating the Cartrack unit on my car is faulty this was early in the morning, 08:22 to be exact. At 11.49 i received another sms stating the message was an error my unit is being tested. at 16.15 i was sent another message stating that the unit was tested and is in working order. On the 3rd of January i received an sms yet again that the unit is faulty and i need to book a repair. Clearly, the unit is faulty and has probably not been in working order ever since i got it as there were problems when they originally had to test the unit. ( installation took 3 hours, and i was told that there was some problems when testing the unit by the installer.) I signed contract for a working device / service. Subsequently i have stopped the debit order today. I will not pay the cancellation fee. From a consumer point of view, you owe me the money i have paid in total for a service that has no use. I have to pay for a faulty unit , its not on. i URGE everyone to not use cartrack.

Wow, wonderful way to resolve the matter. an SMS saying unit still defective, and a.. " hello hello " phonecall. I did just what i said and cancelled the debit order. Your retention's department should have the same response time as the financial department when the debit order hopped. AGAIN, i will NOT pay the R99 anymore or recommend your services to anyone. Stop installing defective units on us, the consumers, cost.
