Bad product

I complained that the app isn't accurate coz it shows the previous day destination as last but with today's time. The lady said GPS is faulty, need to send it in for repairs but need to pay coz warranty was only a year, expired October 2019 yet I still have a two year contract remaining. How convenient? Have used tracker and it worked perfectly even after the contract expired.
