Bad, Poor, ********** service!!!! Disgusting Company!

1 star is too generous for this ****ty company! I am annoyed!! So my husband’s car was ****** on the 10/12/23, we called them and they said that we need to pay R6250 before they can assist us because our account was in arrears. Well we paid that amount in a space of 30 mins, but Cartrack never fulfilled their promises. They only started looking for the car 2 hours after we called them! That very Sunday they gave us a report saying that they can’t find the car! But when we called earlier they said they can see the car!!! After a few days they went ahead and debited R935 two times!!! And then they debited again, this time it was R200. When we enquired about this, they said they can’t see the money! We spoke to some lady named Thandeka and we asked for a report of where the car last pinned but they haven’t given any feedback!!! Oh my God! This is the worst company ever!!! Do not! I repeat do not insure your car with these people!
