Bad Placement of tracker and bad Wiring

Car Track has not done the job described, the tracker installed on my bike was supposed to be hidden, but when I opened the seat at first low and behold an uncut cable tie. They came cut it off and went again, Thereafter The wireless unit went off and never came back on the day after the installation. which is within a month of installation. The technician that was here now the 3rd person advised that, they will have to take the vehicle and compare it to a new one (mine only has 1200km on it) to see what is there and what isn't.

Mine is under warrantee and tampering with wiring (cutting, joining and destroying a plug or modification to wiring voids the 3 Year / 100 000km Warranty)
