Bad installation process of Cartrack

I would like to warn everyone about the installation process of Cartrack on your vehicle. CARTRACK doesn’t take responsibility if the installer, that is a contractor / employee, damages your vehicle in the installation process. Our vehicle was damage because the installer installed the tracker in the wrong vehicle and when he realized his mistake between n bakkie a hatch back vehicle he damages the rubbers of the door and carpet that the fuel cap button was under the carpet with parts lying around in the vehicle. The same day on site Carrack was informed with video footage. They just said this is bad they would sort it out. We are going over 1 and a half year still requesting for Carrack to own up to their mistake on mails and phone calls. No response except this year they said the installer was dismissed because of similar problems and they would come back to me. No Response months later again. Be careful everyone.
