Bad experience with Cartrack

Bad experience with Cartrack. I have a tracking device policy with Cartrack for my company fleet. When I took the policy, I was informed by the Cartrack sales person that the policy comes with a recovery warranty of R150 000 in case the lost vehicle is not found.

In March 2020, one of my fleet vehicles was ****** and never recovered. I subsequently lodged a claim with Cartrack for the recovery warrantee as captured in the policy documents and confirmed by the Cartrack sales person Mr. Papa Moabelo. After 6 weeks upon the submission of my claim, I was informed by Cartrack that my claim has been rejected and the reasons for the rejection thereof were not provided. I have since tried to establish the reasons why the claim was rejected with no luck up to now. The registration number of the ****** vehicle is JC85DVGP.

The service that I have received from Cartrack regarding the recovery warranty claim is very bad as no feedback is being provided to me. I feel neglected and mislead and wish to make their current and potential clients aware of this ********* business practices by a reputable company such as Cartrack.
