Bad Experience!!!

I have had such a bad experience with this company I purchased a new vehicle and car track approached me. I was keen on adding this to my car as also my insurance was requesting it. I purchased the car the Monday and had 7 days to install the tracker and submit my tracking certificate. The call center agent took all my details and was very eager to take my bank details. They then gave me a date to have my tracker installed. I confirmed my address and all was set. On the day before my apportionment i called in to confirm my appointment, all was wrll and i received tons of messages remindine of my appointment as well as that i will get an sms and house before the time the driver will be arriving. The Tim they gave was anytime between 09h00 and 16h00.

On the day of the appointment i waited and waited and no one came toy house. By the time it was 16h00 i called in and spoke to an agent Kamo, she then asked to hold while ah tries to get hold of the technician, it wasn't it 5 seconds of holding when she informed me she is of getting hold of the tech. I don't know if ah just told me this to drop the line or what but clearly she didn't try to reach him My seven days are over that my insurance gave to have my certificate uploaded and a day later no one has ce to see me to fit my tracker. I am very busy and work i cannot afford to take Time off and wait for someone to come fit a tracker unannounced. This s unprofessional and poor planning from the company's side. I do not wish to do business with Car Track and would like all my arrangements with them terminated with immediate effect.
