Bad experience by Car Track

Since January i have been having problems with cartrack , they book my car for repairs and when they supposed to come they dont and when i call them they book another appointment on August they booked for my device to be repaired and this morning when i call to check my location,they dont know and told me about booking it on the 3 of October and today is the 25th and what frustrate me the most is that they dont want to cancel my contract and their company is not working out for me and they busy deducting my money
