Bad Customer service .

Cartrack cant locate my car, i have called their call centre number of times even promising to call me back but nothing ,I have my car but I test the tracker every now and then ,now was sent from pillar to post no one is able to assist. dealing with car track is a headache . currently they don't know where is my car when I inquire.
