BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

On 2 September 2021 I started getting messages from CarTrack about power Event, which meant my car battery was dead. This transpired for several times and caused me to contact my car insurance for road assistance (jump start) every time. This has never happened to my car before & I informed CarTrack that this doesn’t make sense. CarTrack suggested that my car flat battery (Power Event) might be caused by their old tracking unit that was still in my car at that time & therefore they arranged for their technician to come for disconnection. I therefore started a new contract with them so that after disconnection, the can install a new unit simultaneously. The disconnection of the old unit & the new unit installation took place on 16 September 2021. On 1 October 2021 I took my car for service as normal, I was informed that my car batteries need repairs, they are damaged. I therefore contacted CarTrack with the battery problem on 06 October 2021 & I spoke to a person named SHAKTI around 13:00 (as they don’t have ref numbers). I was informed by her that someone will contact me and till to date, I am still waiting for someone from CarTrack to contact me about the issues that I am currently having with my battery.
