Bad Customer care

I contacted them to close my account,and I waited 30minutes on the call, being trasferd from one department to the other and no one could transfer me to the right department and my air time ran-out and the call ended. The next day I tried to contact them via there website, by filling in you details and the subject. The called me during my work ours and I reqeusted them to call me back after work (4pm) as I am busy during working ours, theu continued calling during my work ours the rest of the week.

There customer care is not good.
