Bad costumer service

Cartrack double debit and when I check why they double debited me, I was told they can use it for the next month n I opted for refund because my account was low and didn’t plan to pay for both cars double payment now I have being waiting for for their 14 days refund process to get my money which I don’t know why they toke it at first place
