Bad communication and no rescue when you need it the most

I got hijacked on the 19 May 2021 I have trying to contact car track to find out progress on my vehicle I was just told leave your contact details the recover department will call you it the 22nd of June today I have not even got any call from car track about my vehicle instead they call me about their promotional special.
