Bad CARTRACK company
Totally bad service....they are just in it for the money and so *********** employees it's insane! I was playing for the rewards of R150000 if your car get ****** and they can't recover it within 48 hours. I was paying this amount of R360 for more then 5years and my car got ******...the stories they had for not paying me out was RIDICULOUS!!!PEOPLE PLEASE WATCH OUT!!

27 Dec 2021, 11:49This is funny...now that I'm here you as CARTRACK want to resolve this...it's been a year and nothing yet!!!..you will never resolve this because like I say it's just money you are after!!one of the BEST reasons you gave me by not paying me out was that i have missed premiums..but I have always caught up the following month..doesn't that count??nooo it doesn't hey...CARTRACK is maybe if not the worst tracking company ever!!they will not resolve my problem I know that because they won't get back to me they are just saying it here to show everyone they have a bit of interest with people...what a load of bull...

One more funny thing was...one of CARTRACK installation technicians told me that how they work and that CARTRACK will do anything in their way not to pay clients out.
Also one more thing...I didn't even NOOOO about that I was covered only for the 1st 3 years on the R150 000 cover...but still they took my premiums 2 more years after...no one phoned me to say SIR your cover is over so let's put you back on the R100 a month one...brilliant CARTRACK for you just there.
