Bad car tracker service device

Hallo my name is nokwanda thanks patricia Sibuyi I’d ***’cell phone ***’i have a problem with car track I tried to cancel due to the fact that I am nolonger in use of the car is taken to vis,I tried to call them to deactivate the tracker but they are not assisting me their service is poor,they want me to pay the premiums while I do not have a vehicle at all now they took 254 rand and 850 in my account but they never come to cancel or remove the tracker please help me I need to cancel and get my refund back
