Bad business

Good day My Dad is 72 years old he canceled cartrack over email more then 6 months ago still cartrack pulled off money. So he canceled the debit order because he canceled this. He owes them now over the R500 because they did not cancel it. He is a pensioner that can't afford this. They send him emails and phone hem 3 times a day. This hi a company that does old people in don't ever do business with them.
