Bad Business

Was convinced to leave my previous company to join cartrack (my fault) for the smoke screen. Been with them for over a year and i receive a call being told the 36 months tracking unit i have with them has a warranty for only 1 year and i need to extend it in order to receive assistance from the if the unit dies or i must pay a call out fee of R600. I was sent from pillar to post, 1st it started with Mbalienhle, then i spoke to Palesa Maoba then finally spoke to Sibongile Maseko who had the decency to tell me that the directors took that decision after asking the same question for over 30 minutes. Why not give us a year contract so that if the unit warranty runs out after, i can leave the nightmare for a better company? *********** and if i had an option to end this contract and not pay R2000 cancellation fee, i would do it in a heartbeat.
