BAD BAD SERVICE MY BIKES WERE NOT RECOVERED

Cartrack does not even deserve 1 star for rating. Two of my bikes were ****** and not recovered. I am left with only 1 bike which is now on rent to buy and the new owner is not interested in taking over since you could not recover any of the other bikes. I called this morning and was told that I have to pay cancellation fee of R2000 if I have to cancel the contract. I need to know why should I pay for cancellation fee while you could not recovery two of the bikes. I need to cancel my contract with Cartrack since it is just useless of paying you and bikes are not recovered. I need my contract to be cancelled. By the way I paid for the two bikes and never got any refund so obviously one paid Cartrack for nothing. I need to please cancel my contract
