Bad bad service

I Logged a downgrade in March, they deducted R350 and R220 that month...end of april and May they deducted R220,and i downgraded to R99 in March. I send numerous emails when the dowgrade will happen... they said they need to do a R99 fitment...ive been waiting three months they didnt do the fitment. I reversed the R220 amount..now they thread me that they will blacklist me.. i spoke to their department earlier,they admit the fault is on their side,they put upgrade instead of downgrade,and nobody called me for the fitment of R99.

The service is bad extremely bad of cartrack.
