Bad attitude and no service from Cartrack

The tracking unit has not worked this whole month and will show an incorrect location for days. They took their money for the whole month and kept saying they will book a repair. Yesterday (after complaining on email again and threatening cancellation and refund of January fee) they called to make an appointment but then refused to come out as they said the technician will probably decline the location. After a whole month of paying for this useless junk that does not work they are dictating to a paying customer what the technician wants.

I have never had such poor service - Tracker has come to my home before to install and repair the unit but Cartrack says no.

Well I say no to bad service, bad attitude and have cancelled. I will rather use Tracker as their system at least WORKS!
