Bad aftersales

I have a vehicle export and logistics company called Verve Auto Exports for the last 17 years. Last year I decided to install Car Track into my company vehicles, some with just a tracking device but most of them with cameras. On the day I called them and filled in the necessary documentation they called me back that same day to arrange installation for the next day. Was I impressed or what. I hade tracking devices installed in 8 vehicles. One of the units was not working I sent an email to arrange a repair. It took about two weeks for them to repair it. I have had three incidents when the tracking unit was faulty or camera not working they take a week to respond,. They are disgusting unprofessional company. Two weeks ago i arranged to repair a camera They came out but its still not working, I have sent an email to them last week. I'm still waiting for a response. If you looking for a tracking device DON"T call Car track
