Bad accounts management. Wheres my money??

Every month a debit order of R160 goes to cartrack. Then out of nowhere I receive an email that says I havent paid in 4 months. I emailed them 2 and still waiting for a reply. Then, without permission, R507 gets debited because, according to them, I am in arrears. Emailed them again, no reply.
