Bad accounts department of Cartrack
I have been battling to get my account sorted out, but it seems Cartrack's Accounting department is a mess up. After 5 calls my account is still in shambles. Every time I speak to accounts, they apologise and says my account is up to date, However I get a sms stating my account is in arrears and my ac count will be suspended. Are there any compitent person in accounts that can solve??? I dont think so. Your Installation guys and monitoring guys are the best. Accounting gives Cartrack a bad track record.

It did not happen as I got another pay or else message this evening...... Maybe my next option would be consumer protection?? Still say!!!! Incompitent people in accounts. Full of empty promises!!!!
