Bad accounts department

Their account department is the worst ,i changed my insurance and th3 premium were better I asked them to cancel the old one and install the one for the insurance .they still debited me for both from November last year ..I have been calling them they are not helping me and when I want to talk to th3 manager she is always bizy .
