I am a client with car track. Asked them to come to install a new device in another vehicle. They made an appointment for 8am this morning didn’t show up. Called back, said they couldn’t get hold of the technician but another will come at 11. I’m waiting for the last 50 minutes, nobody showed up. Agents are so rude, just cut the call on me.
