Awful service from Cartrack

Probably the worst company I have ever encountered in my life. They have the most pathetic employees that provide disgusting customer service. They charge for no device installed and the technician doesn’t even call to cancel or reschedule. They make appointments and don’t keep them. 4 times in one month and no clear indication of when they will install.
