awesome service ever

i had a problem with my car track switch . i requested them to come and have a look they send a guy to fix it but after his done when i checked everything was a mess the was ***** loss and wires after he left, i was ****ed off then decide to call their repairs center i was fuming but i found this lovely consultant who manage to calm me down got the installer repair guy to come back and fix the mess he made to my car eventually he came and fixed the mess cause i was even thinking of cancelling the deal so since this lady help im continue with them, so what i wanna say is.

Agnes"lady who help me" the consultant is the best consultant ever with car track hope most of them"her co worker "can learn from her patient ,problem solve and to manage to calm client down ,in most customer service industry we want consultant like her..BIG UP TO HER MUCH APPRECIATED AND IM A HAPPY CUSTOMER NOW. hope in your department the can recognizes the extra mile effort shes putting to put a smile to clients face , hope you give the best to all your client. please help make sure this lady get this message that I really appreciate her service she is the best.
