Awareness of how castrate will rob us and not handling complaints of thier customers

Three months back while I was on a Lunch break at spar a young man came and told me about the special Cartrack is having. Which was a 99 deal per month to install a tracker on my car I was very interested he also stated that I will start paying in December not end of November I was sold because I have been wanting to get a tracker for the car anyway I asked him if I don't want it anymore want must I do he responded and said that is easy I just call and cancelled hance every will start pulling in December. Fine the next day they called for appointment to fit the tracker. Come month end November they debited on my account not the R99.99 I was told about I called I asked them why did they debit this month my agreement was you were going to start to debit month end December the consultant said she was going to find out and call me back. She never did. December came they still debited from account same amount as last month was very busy as it was holiday. Month End January came they debited and there was no money in the account. Then I'm waiting for them to call me ask why and when will I make payment. They didn't call asual instead they debt again yesterday 145.00 without me given authorisations to do that. I called them today I told about everything and that I want to cancel the agreement we had due to the fact that don't deal with service providers that feel they can debit anytime they feel like it without consulting me they told I have to pay 1700.00 if I want to cancel I asked them how is that possible they told me I signed a contract that is the agree I asked them to send mi contract they transfered to accounts to 3 consultants one count me off and I was told the branch Manager is going to call me. The Branch manager never did instand they sent me an invoice that I owe them R1800.00 over the phone it's was R1700.00. To the people please be aware cartrack its not to be trust as they come to you at your busy time and promise you lies and you give assess to your account they manipulate it. Not returning to their clients when you have problem and when you want to leave they bill you after offering a bad service throughout the 3 months and expected to pay it. Not even one person returned my calls or apologies all they do they keep on rescheduling debits without my permission. I feel very rob by this company and I want to put awakens to other people don't believe anything Cartrack has to say and they don't care about customer at all they just want your bank details so they can do what ever and when ever to it.
