Absolute pitts. I got a contract online, my car was written off in an acciden, I contacted Cartrack and asked to cancel the contract as I no longer have a car. I was told to cancel the contract I would have to pay them over R2500, well having lost my job due to the lockdown I had to go into a Government pension. Not only did they refuse to cancel it, they still put the increase through. I plan on going to small claims court to see if they can help. Whatever you do, steer clear of this cartrack.
